The Skinted To Minted Blogger Challenge With Myhermes - ♥

I don't know how I do it but I seem to accumulate so many clothes, and its only when I do that dreaded Spring clean, digging out my Summer clothes, half of which I forget I have, that I realize how much stuff I collect.

- My de cluttered Spring wardrobe -

I'm a magpie for a bargain so normally pick items up in the sale or in charity shops because they are such an unmissable price,

But I also get bored of clothing very easily, so where else to find them a new home - I EBAY them.

I recently had a big clear out as you can see and I bagged lots of my clothes to sell on ebay.
Putting clothes up can be time consuming, with having to take photo's and list items but it is all worth it in the long run.

I was recently contacted by myhermes and was asked if I wanted to take part in the "Skinted To Minted Bloggers Challenge" I was given £25 credit that went towards the postage price for some of my ebay items I wanted to sell,
As I don't have an awful lot of time on my hand I did manage to list 12 items altogether and offered free delivery on half of the items I listed,
It was successful and I made an extra £53.00 to put in my pocket, which I saved for a sunny day.

It may not be a lot of money but for someone who is putting all there savings into there wedding fund, £53 was better than nothing, and I still have two more bags of clothing to list - and some money to go towards my new wardrobe.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to print out postage via myhermes and it certainly makes my work life easier as the courier picked up the items from my house to send to ebayers and postage was only £3.30 which is only 80p more than second class delivery via royal mail, plus you have the satisfaction of knowing that it goes straight to the buyers door.

You can also drop your parcels off at a collection spot - myhermes gives you the opportunity to find your local drop off spot, mine happened to be a newsagents.
If like me you work, you can get your parcels picked up from your house if you leave them in a safe place.

If like me you have never used myhermes before I suggest going to have a look and list a few things on eBay and try them out - you can get 20% off for your first time using CHARLOTTE20

Now I'm off to list yet more of my items up on ebay.

What do you think of listing items up on eBay?
Have you ever used myhermes before?
